Confirmed upon receipt of deposit and completed registration form.
Final Payment
By check or money order in U.S. funds is due 60 days prior to departure. Registration within 60 days requires full payment.
Air Transportation
Round trip air transportation by participating IATA or ARC carriers. Airfare is based on non-refundable APEX fares. Fares are subject to change without notice. Once tickets are issued, change fees and cancellation penalties up to 100% will be assessed.

Hotels
Accommodations are based in double occupancy, rooms with private baths in Deluxe and First Class hotels as listed in itineraries or similar.
Single Accommodations
Single accommodations are available at a supplemental cost and limited in accordance with hotel capacity. Every effort will be made to accommodate passengers wishing to share. If it is not possible to arrange a share, persons traveling alone will be required to pay a single room supplement.
Professional Program
PTA has the right to combine more than one specialty in order to assure operation of the professional program.
Changes
Changes requested in writing prior to 90 days before departure will incur $50 per person/per change. For changes within 90 days see cancellations.
Cancellations
Land Tours - If cancellation is received more than 90 days prior to departure, $100.00 per person for land tours; 61 to 90 days prior, 10%; 46 to 60 days prior, 25%; 31 to 45 days prior, 50%. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to departure & no show, 100% full forfeiture of tour cost. Fees are per person based on tour cost. Cancellations must be in writing.

Insurance
PTA strongly recommends insurance to cover cancellation charges, trip interruption, accident and baggage loss. PTA accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of baggage or other personal property.
Tariffs
Tour costs are based on tariffs and foreign exchange rates in effect at the time this brochure is printed. In the event of an increase in either of these rates, tour costs are subject to revision without prior notice.
Escorts
A professional English speaking PTA tour manager will accompany all groups with 15 or more passengers starting from the departure city or will meet the group upon arrival in the first city on the tour. Groups departing with less than 15 passengers will be locally hosted by PTA appointed guides.
Excursions and Sightseeing
All tours, as specified in the itineraries, will be provided by deluxe motor coaches with English speaking guides. Entrance fees are included. Shore excursions while on cruises are optional. Tour and cruise schedules may vary.
Taxes and Services
Charges normally appearing on hotel and restaurant bills as services, government and local taxes on hotels and meals and service charges in connection with the tour, including one imposed by the tour operator are included.
Baggage
To your first overseas destination and from most points of return to USA, a maximum of two bags per person not to exceed 50 or 70 pounds (23-44 Kgs) per bag. Baggage and personal effects are at the owners risk throughout the tour. Baggage insurance is strongly recommended.
Travel Documents
A valid passport is required for all international destinations. Passengers are responsible for securing all necessary visas.
Tour Fare Does Not Include
US transportation and overseas airport taxes and security charges, port taxes, US customs tax, passport, visas, wines, liquors, mineral waters, meals, sightseeing, excursions, or services not included in the itinerary. Gratuities and tips to guides, hotel porters, bus drivers, excess baggage charges, and all items of a personal nature.
Responsibility
Doctors' Travel USA, Inc., d/b/a/ Professional Travel Abroad, the tour operator and/or their agents act only as agents for the passengers in making arrangements for transportation, whether by plane, rail, motor coach, ship, car or any other conveyance. The tour member agrees that PTA, its affiliates, or subsidiaries shall not be liable whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay to person or property due to neglect or default of any company or persons or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any acts, events or circumstances which are beyond PTA or its affiliates or subsidiaries control including any damage or delay due to sickness, strikes, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government action or inaction, or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, strikes, riots, civil disturbances, terrorism, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, acts of God, defaults, delays beyond our control, or refusal of visa by any consulate. PTA and the tour operator reserve the right to withdraw a tour, refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of a tour at any time or to make changes in the published itinerary whenever, in their sole judgement conditions warrant, or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the passengers. In the event a tour is withdrawn, the responsibility of PTA will be solely the refund of all monies collected from the passenger. All prices are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect at the time of publication and are subject to reconfirmation when final payments are made. Refunds of any portions of the tours not taken will be made on the basis of expenses actually saved by the tour operator on the canceled portion, less expenses incurred. Refunds for canceled flights will be made in accordance with the rules of the respective carrier. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard their plane or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and purchaser of these tours and/or passenger.
