Day 3 (Sun) Venice

A morning’s walking tour includes St. Mark’s Square, the Basilica, Bell Tower, Bridge of Sighs and Palace of the Doges. The balance of the day is free to explore Venice on your own. Perhaps a gondola ride with music. (B)

Day 5 (Tue) Venice/Florence

We travel this morning via 1st class rail with reserved seats to Florence, the city of Michelangelo. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel. Afternoon at leisure. (B)

Day 6 (Wed) Florence

This morning’s visit includes the Duomo, Academy of Fine Arts, Ponte Vecchio (the famed old bridge), Piazza Michelangelo and the Baptistery and Gates of Paradise. Afternoon free to explore beautiful Florence. (B)

Day 7 (Thu) Florence/Rome
